Isaac is a werewolf meaning he has heightened senses, he can hear heartbeats, smell emotions and hear conversations that probably aren't meant for him. And while he's not skilled as say Scott or Derek, he still can do it. Is this okay? Or would you rather him not do any of this to your character? go right ahead, I think it would be something interesting to work around in tags, especially with Natasha.
He's got a very keen nose, therefore he can identify characters by scent and also (try his best) to track them by scent, What does your character smell like? Is there something that would stick out to him? Such as Meg Master's sulfuric scent? oh gosh, probably the most frequent would be gun oil or the like. Metal in general, since she frequently has a variety of weapons hidden on her person. She avoids perfumes and things that would give her a telling scent in general, so outside of that, probably just a freshness and whatever she happens to be wearing. If there's anything extra needed, I don't mind working a reason into a post for something.
As well as all of that, Isaac can take another creature's pain, to leave a pain-free sensation, Is it okay for Isaac to take your character's pain at some point? I don't see why not. Just expect lots of questions afterwards.

The only thing I can think of is that the first time she and Scott ran into each other, she pinged off all his danger instincts, although she was currently on the defensive at the time, having just arrived, and he did a similar thing for her, but she kind of muted that throughout the conversation by making herself calmer and he relaxed too. It was something she made note of along with all the werewolf info he happily gave her oops.
