[ What Isaac doesn't expect first thing in the morn- afternoon after spending an amazing night with his lovely girlfriend is not to walk into his bathroom boxer clad to brush his teeth and shower to see a certain message from a certain mirror. It makes him jump at first, a hand groggily moving up to run through disheveled curls as he realises who is wanting to play. He reads the riddle a couple times, blue eyes warily lingering on the heart for a moment.
He doesn't jump to respond at first; Isaac finds his toothbrush and toothpaste and shoves the former in his mouth so he can pick up the marker he keeps under the mirror. ]
just so we're clear i was asking about a different one than the one that wrote to me in blood that one i want nothing to do with but thanks i think i'll cover it from now on
[ that could mean anything, cryptic miles speak much. but he's agitated, even more so than usual, because that fox is here, on the other side of the mirror. he wishes he could just wipe her out and be done with it, before she learned.
so he's taking out his aggression on pretty much everyone on the real side. isaac is a little different than the rest, at least. ]
[ Isaac's response is just as sharp, he even waits until he's done brushing his teeth to respond. ]
I'm not answering your riddles if you're going to be a jerk.
[ And he means it, because the moment he puts the cap back on the marker, he slides the fogged glass door of his shower open, sliding it closed behind him, feeling a little safer somewhere Miles cannot see him.
After tossing his boxers over the top, he takes a rather long shower, maybe he even catches a few winks napping, who even knows. Definitely a jab at Miles. But he'll check back on the mirror once he's done and has a towel wrapped safely around him. ]
[ wow, hdu isaac!! miles is left standing there looking annoyed, and he scribbles a giant black splotch on the mirror while he's in the shower, appearing much like a petulant child. ]
I am not nice.
[ is what he does eventually write, along the bottom. ]
[ He can't help but roll his eyes at what the mirror. Something has clearly put Stiles' mirror in a sour mood, and while Isaac may be curious as to what did... He isn't going to let it spoil his own mood. ]
Neither am I so I guess we have something in common
[ He responds to the message she's left him after taking a look at the network... And he's pretty sure she's right about knowing her when he sees her. ]
The green chick?
[ The fact that she's warning him away from people, well, he's not sure exactly what it means, but it gives him the same sort of feeling he'd had when Scott asked him to be careful for his own sake. ]
Alright... Who is she?
[ And if he was unsure that he wanted add Regina to the list of people he tries to keep safe, well, he's pretty sure he knows now. ]
And my sister. [REMEMBER WHAT SHE SAID ABOUT THE FAMILY TREE? Yeah.]
She's powerful to be able to break one of the universal laws of magic with the right ingredients, if she tries something I should be able to stop her, but...
do you know why heroes fight so hard to save people? because they're the ones that exposed those same people to danger in the first place. you trust a hero, you build them up and you're as good as dead.
[ That... That is not Miles' handwriting, and yet, Isaac asks anyway, because Miles is the only person that actually talks to him from the mirror side. ]
